Grant Projects

The Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) has a long history of program development and grantsmanship. In operation since 1985, as the direct service and outreach arm of the CSU Occupational Therapy Department, CCP keeps ‘a pulse’ on the current and pressing school and community-based needs of children, youth and adults with disabilities, conducting program development activities and seeking grant funding to address identified needs. Since CCP’s inception, over 70 local, state and federal grant projects have been funded and implemented through the Center. Following are CCP’s current grant projects:
