CCP Job Developers

The CCP Job Development Program partners with employers and businesses across the Front Range of Colorado, promoting and facilitating employment opportunities for adults with disabilities. CCP job developers guide the employment-seeking process, working closely with referred participants with disabilities, families, CCP team members and ultimately employers – facilitating win-win job placements that meet the needs of the employer and match the abilities, interests and natural support needs of the participant. Hundreds of jobs have been found since 1985 for CCP participants, thanks to the fine work of CCP’s Job Development Program.
