Partnerships

The Center for Community Partnerships Job Developers and staff have developed long-lasting partnerships with hundreds of employers and businesses since our inception in 1985, with new partnerships being formed on an ongoing basis as the Fort Collins, Loveland and surrounding area of Northern Colorado grows and expands.  We take pride in identifying jobs for individuals with disabilities that uniquely match not only each participant’s strengths, abilities and support needs, but of equal importance, that meet the needs of each employer.  Because of CCP’s guarantee that ‘win-win’ employment outcomes will be sought, employers across the Front Range of Colorado are eager and willing partners in their commitment to provide supported employment opportunities for qualified individuals with disabilities.  CCP makes it a top priority to seek an ideal job match, but in the event that an employment situation turns out not to be a perfect match, either for the participant or the employer, CCP will provide support and guidance to correct the situation.  CCP applauds and greatly appreciates and values the employers and businesses in Northern Colorado, for they truly epitomize CCP’s philosophy: ‘Supporting the inherent dignity, potential and participation of all people.’
