CCP Programs

The Center for Community Partnerships (CCP) implements four unique community-based programs, with the focus of supporting youth and adults with disabilities in achieving their highest level of independence, self-sufficiency and satisfaction in all areas of their lives. Each of these programs provide direct services for individuals with disabilities, as well as training, consultation and educational services for parents, educators and professionals. Occupational therapy services are available through CCP as well, with evaluative and therapeutic services provided at home, in the community, at school and at work.

The CCP programs are as follows:

• New Start Program
• Transition Services Program
• Job Development Program
• College Mentoring Program

In addition to these ongoing programs, CCP is implementing several grant projects, as follows:

• ACCESS at CSU
• Promoting Self-Advocacy
• Family to Family
